With spring in full effect and summer right around the corner, now is the perfect time to join the 45-day Spring into Fitness Challenge!

This challenge was created by Health Fitness Connections to help encourage everyone to get up and get moving in the name of health and wellness.

When you sign up for the challenge you will receive a different exercise to perform from various categories such as strength training, stretching, core conditioning, balance, stability, and cardio. Each exercise only takes about 5 minutes to perform making this the perfect challenge for those on the go or new to fitness.

It’s not too late to get moving! Put yourself to the test today thru 5/17 and see what a difference 5 minutes a day for 45 days can make!
